Year FS1 Week 37 2014

Snack - gaining independence
The children are really settled into the routines of the day now and are becoming more confident. We have been learning all about their likes and dislikes in our “All about me” topic and next week we will find out about their families and pets. Please share any information with us through their journals and send in any photographs of when the children were younger.

We will be setting up the outside role play house with its kitchen over the next week and tidying up our “mud kitchen” too, so please ask the children about what they do outside each day.

This week we have also started collecting the autumn leaves that have fallen in the garden and have been amazed at the variety of coloured leaves we found. If you find any signs of an early autumn please bring them in to share with the other children

Mrs Alison Gibbons, our new Foundation Stage Leader (for FS1 and FS2) is settling into the routines at Bielefeld School too and she is looking forward to meeting all the parents over the next few weeks.

Snack next week: Hotdogs, yoghurt & sponge fingers, rolls and cheese and ham, fruit tartlets and muffin pizzas. Thank you for the snack money received so far.
