Get your Children's University Passport stamped at the Station Library!

Our local station library has been in touch to tell us the exciting news that they are linked to Children’s University.

The library situated in the Amenities Block (here on Catterick Barracks) would love to see more of our children accessing the books they have available. As an extra incentive for the children in KS2, who have a Children’s University passport, they are now stamping passports for reading their books.

For every 4 books that the children read from the station library, the librarians will be able to stamp one hour in the children’s passports. There are also Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates for the children to work towards.

In addition to this, the library will also be running a Summer Reading Challenge. If the children read 6 books during the summer, they will be credited with one hour per book!

If you would like any further information on this, please contact the librarians directly either by phone 0521 925 43 123 or by calling into the library. The current opening hours are listed below. (Please be aware the library does close for half an hour at lunchtime)
