Headteacher's Message November 24th 2017

Dear parents and children,
I am thrilled to tell you that the children’s fundraising efforts for this year’s Children In Need appeal raised a magnificent 382 euros. I would like to say a special thank you to Imogen who raised 64 euros by doing a sponsored silence and to the very patient Year 6 pupils who volunteered to be sponged! I would also like to thank Mrs Batty who volunteered to create Pudsey nails for the children. This was a roaring success- THANK YOU!

Have a good weekend
Mrs Mason

School Governance Committee News

We are still seeking new members for the SGC and in particular any parent with a child in FS1 or FS 2.
I am aware that the role probably sounds a little daunting but the time commitment is not huge. Full meetings are held once per term and our sub committees meet once in between each meeting. I am happy to talk you through the role if you make contact.
Recent work the SGC has carried out is following up on the pupil survey undertaken in July. Members have visited the school to find out how the children are enjoying playtimes and Golden Time. This extra set of eyes is very helpful in supporting the school to evaluate its work
